The dialysis Centre of Isala provides to you the opportunity to undergo a dialysis-treatment, during your vacation in the City of Zwolle.
Zwolle
The historical “Hanzestad Zwolle” provides all means for enjoying a lovely vacation: Characteristic squares, authentic city-walls, numerous shops, cosy pubs, and restaurants. Next to it, Zwolle is the perfect point of departure for lovers of nature and culture. In the surroundings, there are extensive forests and magnificent landed-estates. Watery Giethoorn and world-inheritance Schokland are also worthwhile to visit.
Dialysis
Our Dialysis Centre, offers hemodialyses. We also offer assistance with peritoneal dialysis. The Dialysis Center offers you the option of dialysis during your holiday in Zwolle and Meppel (based on availability). Our Team guarantees you a care-free vacation!

If you are interested, please fill in this vacation dialysis application form. We will contact you as soon as possible once we have received your completed form. Then, we ask that you have your attending general practitioner and dialysis nurse fill in your dialysis details so that we can schedule your treatment.
